This material began as an adult Sunday School class taught at First Presbyterian Church (now Grace Commons Church) of Boulder, Colorado in 2010. I have taken my speaking notes and extensively rearraged, supplemented, and rewrtten them, but perhaps 60% of the material is taken from the original course.
